We deliver all UK orders 3 days of the week - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Your order must be placed 2 days prior to your selected delivery day. For example, if you want your products on a Thursday you must order before 12pm on the previous Tuesday.
We deliver nationwide for all orders over £50. We charge a flat rate of £9.99 for orders between £50 - 150. For orders over £150 delivery is FREE.
You'll receive a text message from our courier service DPD the morning of your delivery. This will outline the time of delivery within a 1 hours window as well as containing tracking information.
We pack all orders in a temperature controlled, insulated box which is packed with ice and sealed. Meat stays fresh in the boxes for 48 hours, allowing plenty of room for error or failed delivery. We suggest that you refrigerate your order as soon as possible from time of receiving it.
We'd first suggest that you get your order sent to a work address. If this isn't feasible you could leave a note to ask for your order to be left outside your house in a safe location.

Currently we do not deliver on weekends. Deliveries take place on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Currently it's not possible to collect your order as our stores are based in Dublin, Ireland.
We currently deliver to all of mainland United Kingdom and Ireland. We do not deliver to the Channel Island and Scottish Highlands.
All of our products have a 'Use by' label, indicating how long you have to use them. The length of time varies, depending on the product.
Absolutely. We use HTTPS securing to ensure all your payment information is encrypted. WE DO NOT store any payment information.
This is most likely because all of our slots are filled for tomorrow. As we make all orders fresh to order we only process a certain amount of orders per day. You can choose the next available date to have your order delivered. Keep in mind that we currently on deliver on Wednesday - Friday to UK addresses (excluding Northen ireland - please visit Kerriganmeats.ie to order).
Yes, EPS material is 100% recyclable provided it is clean and free from contamination which your product should be.
However not all local authorities have set up a system yet for recycling but most are in the process of doing this. For information on recyclability of EPS please visit www.eumeps.org.
This is most likely because some items are excluded from discount codes. However your discount code will subtract from all eligible products.
Yes you can. As all our products are made fresh to order they are suitable to freeze. They can be cooked from frozen but we find the best results are if you defrost them in the fridge overnight. This lends itself to a more even cook. But if you do cook from frozen make sure the product is piping hot all the way through.
With over 40 years of experience in the butchery business we have built up a network of top class suppliers who understand our vision. We only source our Beef from a handful of independent abattoirs around the Country. We work closely with them on selecting the grades and the breeds that we feel offer our customers the overall best product in terms of flavour, value & constancy. All our Beef is Irish grassfed - this is not only is lower in overall fat and in saturated fat, but it has the added advantage of providing more omega-3 fats. We then age for a minimum of 21 days before we begin to sell. We have our own unique way in terms of the style of cuts we offer. If there is something that you would like but can not find on the site please reach out to us here and we will do our utmost to source and deliver it for you.
All our beef, pork and lamb is Irish. We offer both Irish & Dutch chicken fillets. Currently our turkey is from Germany as we can't source the volume we require in Ireland. This is because Irish turkey farmers only breed turkeys for the Christmas market. All our products are labeled with country of origin for full transparency.
Yes you can! As our products are made fresh and have never been frozen before it is possible to freeze them.

We strive the make the cleanest, tastiest, most macro friendly, allergy free products in Ireland and the UK. All products are handmade in store in small batches by our Craft Butchers.
Yes, all of our burgers are gluten free. The BK Flamer Turkey Burger which contains a small amount of malt in the seasoning.
Yes, we do! In fact if you select the 'Gluten free' option on the left of our store page it will filter to all our products that are gluten free.
We suggest that you refrigerate your products as soon as possible but this is not essential. We highly recommend however that your order is refrigerated within 4 hours of receiving it.
We advise you to defrost them first before cooking as this leads to a much more consistent cook. However it is still possible to do this.

All our poultry is indoor reared. Our chicken is sourced from Manor Farm in Co Cavan. Our turkey is sourced from various suppliers depending on availability such as Hogan's in Meath, Widely in Tipperary, Mc Evoy's in Louth and Salter's Farm in Carlow. Due to lack of availability in Ireland we also source our turkey from the Netherlands.
